Jessica graduated from Youngstown State University in 2003. In fact, Jessica has been working with Dr. Fellner since she was a high schooler in 1999. Back then, she worked as a dental assistant before she pursued her education as a hygienist.

Jessica also has a passion for digital photography and she has two kids aged 8 and 12.
